Reservation Policies
Customers may cancel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a full refund.Customers that cancel after the 48 hour period are not eligible for a refund. If weather is unfavorable, the rental may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it’s outside the 48 hour cancellation period. Lake June Pontoons requires a $300 hold by credit card for each pontoon boat rented. This hold will be released once the boat is brought back with no damages.
Driving/ Operating requirements: -Please be advised that you MUST have a boater’s safety card if you are born ON or AFTER the date January 1st, 1988 in order to operate our watercraft. We offer this test online at RENTERS BOATERS SAFETY COURSE - Renters are required to be at least 21 years of age to rent a watercraft. - Renters must present a valid form of identification when checking in. Deposits/Holds- Damages: A $300 pre-authorization for pontoon boats is required at the start of the booking. Pre-authorization will be a hold on your credit card presented at check-in. The deposit will be returned once an inspection is completed upon the return of the watercraft. - Renters are responsible for the cost of all damages to the watercraft (including parts and labor, up to the cost of the entire watercraft in the event it is totaled) and lost equipment while it is in their possession. Lake June Pontoons reserves the right to charge the renter for any lost revenue as an outcome of damage to the watercraft. Parking: Lake June Pontoons currently launches their watercraft from local boat ramps. These ramps usually having parking available and Lake June Pontoons is not responsible for any damage or stolen items from your parked vehicle.
For the safety of our customers, our equipment, other people and vessels on the water, Lake June Pontoons reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, behaving inappropriately, or behaving in a manner we deem to be unsafe.
